Executive Assistant

The main responsibilities of this position would be to:

  • Act as the point of contact for our CEO, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Provide administrative support for special projects (podcast production, training events etc.) 
  • Respond to emails, direct incoming inquiries to responsible members of the team
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Maintain daily schedule and make travel arrangements as needed
  • Support the maintenance of project management software-- Asana 
  • Provide digital marketing support  
    • Social media management-- Facebook and  Instagram
    • Update templated website as needed
    • Provide support to private online communities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • College Degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience 

This is a part-time position offering an average of 25 hours a week. Pay rate $13-$18/hour + commission.

  • Former business owner or operator is a plus

Our company is on a mission to teach 500K Small Business owners how to succeed in Federal Contracting through our 6-Week Online Accelerator Program. This course is unique in that it was developed by business owners for business owners and focuses primarily on the easiest point of entry; micro-purchases and simplified acquisitions.  If you are ready to take the next big step in your sales career that allows you to control your own success, financial security, and independence, we want to talk with you.  


Job Description:  We are looking for a talented and well-connected Independent Sales Associate to offer our high-quality Federal Contracting Courses to Small Business Owners nationwide. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Generous commission starts at $500.00/enrollment. We provide you with product training and full support along with qualified leads!  As an Independent Sales Associate you are permitted to also develop your own leads and sales through your contacts. Physical visits to local businesses is not necessary nor is it required. You will NOT need to prepare presentations, proposals, nor contracts. Our team handles the customer service. You will only need to present the offer to qualified leads, enroll and follow up with leads from time to time. We have a simple sales process for you to follow and will train you in it. Enrollments  are processed online and clients will be further supported by our training coordinator once enrolled.

  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales goals.
